Velvet by Graham and Spencer has been an LA mainstay in elevated staples for decades. Seeking to create a refreshed voice for the brand, we were charged with helping Velvet reshape their messaging to appeal towards a younger demographic.

Our goal was to help create a new unified brand image by producing a number of campaigns designed to appeal to the sensibilities of young, modern and sophisticated women while maintaining Velvet's hard-won reputation as purveyors of essential "California Cool."
Over the course of a year, through cohesive digital campaigns and social media management, we were able to help Velvet grow their social accounts by over 25%, dramatically increase engagement in the coveted 25-35 year-old segment, maintain their primary audience, and develop double digit increases in ad returns.
